...when I in awesome wonder???
We sang this tonight and I was reminded of a thought I had months ago.
My wonder is far from awesome. Pretty feeble, actually. Surely what the writer meant was awestruck wonder, which is quite a different thing! Should we lobby for a change?

Can it be that raher than my wonder inspiring awe, that in fact my wonder is expressing awe?
I think that both are accepted definitions of awesome.
Such that, given the awesome nature of our great and marvellous God, is not the correct response "awesome wonder" that drives us to our knees?
